Man Me Time

This hour-long class is dedicated to men who want to get into a better place – so they feel and cope more effectively. The class will give each member the tools to make that happen. The class will help men to counter their stress and compliment and strengthen a regular fitness regime. For a start, breathing better means getting more from physical training.

The class starts with simple exercises, combined with breathing. Over time, these will start to merge well and feel natural together.

The movements are followed with input from the class on where they are all at. It is a space to listen and let go, not comment and critique.

This is followed by a simple reading, which the group respond to, from the heart, not the head.

The class will then embrace a guided meditation and create a space for relaxation.
